Anita Augustin
Anita Augustin, born in 1970 in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, studied philosophy and theatre studies at the University of Vienna and trained as a qualified bartender. For 25 years she has worked as a dramaturge in the independent theatre scene, at municipal and state theatres and at festivals (including Deutsches Theater Berlin, Schauspiel Hannover, Schauspiel Frankfurt, Volkstheater Wien and the Salzburg Festival). As an author, she writes plays, libretti, live radio plays and augmented reality games for the stage. Her novels Der Zwerg reinigt den Kittel and Alles Amok have been published by Ullstein Verlag.
