Steve Ayan
Steve Ayan, born in Berlin in 1971, completed an apprenticeship as a bookseller and then studied psychology, linguistics and literature, first in Berlin and later in Düsseldorf, Naples and Reading. He worked as a freelance translator and editor for several years before turning to science journalism. Since 2003 he has been editor of Gehirn & Geist, the magazine for psychology and brain research. His main topics are neuropsychology and consciousness research. Since 2012 he has published numerous popular psychological non-fiction books on this topic, including Help, we're driving ourselves crazy.
