Ta-Som Helena Yun

Ta-Som Yun, born in Berlin in 1985, moved to South Korea with her family when she was nine years old. There she was a scholarship student at the State School of Traditional Korean Music and learned mainly Korean pansori singing. At the age of seventeen, she returned to Germany alone. While studying law, she was a scholarship recipient of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. In 2022, she published a short story in BELLA triste magazine. With her novel project she was a scholarship holder of the Prose Workshop 2022 at the Literary Colloquium Berlin. She is a judge at the district court in Berlin.
