
Markus Flohr
Markus Flohr, born 1980, is a journalist and author. He studied History in Hamburg and Jerusalem and writes for Die ZEIT, Spiegel and Merian. He was awarded with the Hirzen Book Award for his travel report about a student in Israel Wo samstags immer Sonnatg ist. His first novel Alte Sachen, a Jewish family story, was published in 2016. Markus Flohr lives in Hamburg with his family.
