Agnes Johanna Flügel
After studying cultural studies, Agnes Johanna Flügel initially made a career as an online editor in Hamburg, until one day she began to have doubts about what she was doing. She quit her job at an international media group, moved from Hamburg to the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein in 2009 and turned her hobby into a career. She founded the Honigmanufaktur Flügelchen. Since the beginning of 2018, she has been traveling between Germany and her new home of choice, Lisbon, running Flügelchen together with a workshop for people with disabilities and accompanying organizations and people in change processes as a certified coach.
