Anna Maschik
Anna Maschik, born in Vienna in 1995, studied Comparative Literature and Language Arts in Vienna and Leipzig. She teaches German and Spanish at a Viennese high school. From 2018-2024, she was part of the production team and worked as production manager for the theater festival HIN&WEG. In 2024, she taught Scenic Writing at the Vienna School of Writing at the Kunst VHS Wien. In 2022, she curated the Literature Passage at the Museumsquartier Wien, and in 2021, she was the recipient of the Start Scholarship for Literature. In 2018, she received the Hörmannser Scholarship for dramatic writing. She has published short prose and poetry in anthologies and magazines.
