Christiane Adlung
After living in Nice in the south of France for many years, Christiane Adlung now lives in Hanover as a freelance author. She studied architecture, interior design and art history. Two historical novels have been published by DuMont under her pseudonym Joséphine Nicolas, Tage mit Gatby (2021) and Das Haus am Meeresufer (2023). For her new work Sommerrauschen (2026), also published by DuMont under her real name, Christiane Adlung was awarded a scholarship by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture to stay at the Künstlerhof in Schreyahn.
