Dana Buchzik
Dana Buchzik, born in 1983, grew up in a cult. As a young adult, she dropped out. After several years as a cultural journalist (for FAZ, Spiegel Online, SZ, WELT and ZEIT, among others), she was editorial director of the No Hate Speech campaign, the German section of a Council of Europe campaign against hate on the Net. Dana Buchzik gives workshops on dealing with hate and conspiracy narratives, among others for the Bertelsmann Foundation and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, teaches on the topic at Freie Universität Berlin, and volunteers to advise people who are confronted with radicalization in their immediate environment.
