David Finck
David Finck, born 1978 in Düsseldorf, studied at the German Literature Institute in Leipzig and has worked as a photographer and screenwriter. Among other things, he co-authored the film 5 Jahre Leben (2013) and then published his first novel Das Versteck (2014) for which he was honoured with the Förderpreis für Literatur der Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf. In 2025 his novel Der Schwindel will be published by Piper Verlag. He is the father of two children and lives in Havelland, Brandenburg.
