Maike Harel
Born into a family where forging verses is almost a matter of good taste, Maike Harel has been making up stories ever since she learned how to hold a pencil. However, she only discovered that you can make real books out of them when her children became her listeners. After moving from continent to continent for years and spending many years in China, Israel and elsewhere, she has been living in Berlin since 2014. There she spends much of her time working in a small foundation and with the best of husbands and three almost always nice children. She uses her day off and every other remaining second to invent stories.
