Nicole Engel
Nicole Engel, born in 1979, is a qualified psychologist, a registered psychological psychotherapist specialising in cognitive behavioural therapy, and a couples and sex therapist. Following a career in senior management roles in the business world, she decided in 2013 to follow her calling and help people realise their potential and live more fulfilling lives. She is the founder of PSYCHOLOGICUM Berlin, institute for mental health, and is in demand as an expert across numerous media platforms. In 2026, she published her first non-fiction book ‘Woman Out of Service’ – Warum emotionale Krisen zur Lebensmitte dazu gehören und wie die deine Leichtigkeit widerfindest.
