Tessa Randau
Tessa Randau, born in 1976, used to work as head of department for a magazine. When her career needed to be taken a step further, she chose to allow herself more personal freedom and started her own business as a stress and burnout consultant. The Spiegel bestseller Der Wald, vier Fragen, das Leben und ich is her first book. It is based on her personal experiences and was created out of the desire to help as many people as possible to find a fulfilling way of life. She lives with her family near Koblenz.
