Yvonne Hofstetter
Yvonne Hofstetter was born in 1966 in Frankfurt. After studying Law, she has been working in international software companies since 1999. She was in charge of the positioning of multi-agent systems in the arms industry as well as algorithmic stock exchange dealings. Since 2009, she is director of Teramark Technologies GmbH, a company that specialises in intelligent data analysis with optimizers and machine learning. Hofstetter has been featured on television as an expert on Big Data and she published several articles in newspapers including FAZ and DIE ZEIT. Her book They know everything about totalitarian tendencies of data systems was a huge success, followed by several very successful and widely discussed non-fiction books, that were sold into several countries.
